     CARROT-BEET CURRY


iNGREDiENTs:  
Beet Roots- 2 pcs,
Carrot-2 pcs.
Onion-2 pcs.
Ginger Paste- 2 tbs.
Garlic Paste- 2 tbs.
Green Chili-2 pcs.
Tomato-2 pcs.
Bay Leaves- 2 pcs.
Salt-To Taste
Turmeric  Powder- 1/2 tbs.
Garam Masala-1 tbs.
Cooking Oil-4-5 tbs
Water

HOW TO MAKE CARROT-BEET CURRY:

Cut beet in small cubes & carrot in small pieces.Cut onions & tomatoes into small pieces.Make paste of ginger,garlic & green chili.
Now heat oil in a cooker.Put bay leaves and onion pieces. Cook till onions turn into brown in color. Now add tomato pieces. After 2-3 minutes add Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste,garam masala, turmeric powder & salt. And fry spices on low flame for 7-8 minutes. Now add Beet and carrot and mix it properly.Now put water and cover the cooker.
Allow it to cook for 4-5 whistles.
Now its Done. Serve it with Chapatis...
